After a terrible experience with a previous web developer which lasted 13 months I stepped in and helped them transition over to 3D Cart's hosted ecommerce shopping cart. 3D Cart is a PCI compliant shopping cart system which means it meets Visa requirement for security. Because it is hosted it does have a higher monthly fee than transitional hosting, however they take care of security to make sure that your website stays safe and secure. The entire process took less than 90 days.
